Richmond Sport Hosting is proud to announce that the 2023 CARHA Hockey World Cup has been selected as a finalist for the 2024 Sport Tourism Canada Presitge Awards under the International Sport Event of the Year category.
In March of 2023, the Richmond Community welcomed 100 adult recreational hockey teams from 10 different countries to experience our city in an Olympic style hockey tournamnet like no other. The CARHA Hockey World Cup is the world’s largest international recreational hockey tournament which gives a platform for recognition and celebration for the sport at an amateur level.
