The Winter Challenge is classically run as a 3 day competition, bringing both team and individual athletes into an environment where they can test their fitness against a wide range of competitors drawing from all over BC, Alberta, and Washington. You can expect to see events that are varied, both in movements, loads and time domains – and always a gut-wrenching barbell complex.
